Thank you for shopping with BikeLifers! We’re committed to making sure you love what you ride in. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
Must include all original tags, manuals, and accessories
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Custom or personalized gear
Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or model? We offer free exchanges for eligible items within the 14-day return window. Simply contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.)
