Welcome to BikeLifers! We’re stoked you’re riding with us. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we get your gear to your doorstep.


🚚 Shipping Times & Processing

  • Order Processing:
    Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and typically ship out within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • U.S. Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on your location)

Note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, customs delays, and carrier issues can sometimes cause hiccups.


🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply based on your country’s import laws. These fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.


📦 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, shipping method, and destination.


📬 Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your package anytime from your account or directly through the carrier’s website.


❗ Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please:

  1. Double-check your address.

  2. Look around your mailbox, porch, garage, or with neighbors.

  3. Contact the carrier.

🛑 Incorrect Shipping Info

Please double-check your address before placing your order. We’re not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping info provided by the customer.
